Billing questions
Is there a trial of Pro?
The free plan is the trial: the same product with lower limits. You can switch to Pro the day you need it.
What counts as a file?
Each file a respondent attaches and submits. Files from abandoned, never-submitted attempts are deleted and don't count against next month.
Do you offer invoices?
Yes. Stripe emails a receipt for every payment, and you can download invoices from the billing portal.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes, $72 a year, which is two months free.
