By using Formfile you agree to these terms.
The service
Formfile displays Google Forms you own at its own address, accepts files on your behalf and sends responses to your Google Form. It depends on Google's services, which can change. We'll fix breakages quickly but can't promise uninterrupted service.
Your responsibilities
- Only connect forms you own or are allowed to manage.
- Don't use Formfile to collect passwords, payment card numbers or other credentials, for phishing, or for anything illegal. We switch off forms that do, without notice.
- You're responsible for the data you collect and for having the right to collect it, including any privacy notice your respondents need.
Plans and billing
Pro is billed monthly or yearly in advance through Stripe and renews until you cancel. Cancelling stops renewal; you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for. If something went wrong, email us and we'll make it right, including refunds.
Limits
Each plan has the monthly file and size limits shown on the pricing page. We may limit traffic that looks automated or abusive.
Liability
Formfile is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We'll email account holders before any material change to these terms.
